Starts at 1.5 cents/word
A copyedit addresses issues of grammar, punctuation, spelling, inconsistencies, and fact-checking. Unlike line editing, a copyedit does not fix or improve your style, but simply ensures your language is polished and your story arc is consistent. We also create a style sheet. Includes two rounds.

LINE EDITING
Starts at 2 cents/word
A line edit finds and makes changes for wordiness, unintentional shifts in tone/diction, word choice, and story transitions. It does not overly address or fix the same issues as a basic copyedit. Includes two rounds.

Starts at 2.5 cents/word
Sometimes called a deep edit, this provides both services simultaneously. For some authors, this is a more cost-effective plan. Includes two rounds.
